In this module, I'll show you how to create your very own GPT – tailored to your work style, your customers, and your processes.

System Persona
We begin the workshop with basic knowledge of a GPT. What a GPT consists of, and how it differs from a regular chat GPT. Together, we'll build a system persona—the heart of your GPT. This defines how your assistant thinks, speaks, and acts. Whether friendly and advisory or direct and efficient: we adapt the tone, choice of words, and behavior precisely to your work style. This creates a digital twin that perfectly complements you and reliably supports you in your daily life.

Your GPT receives personalized knowledge from your field
We integrate your most important documents—such as guides, offers, or FAQs—directly into your GPT. Using a vector database, the assistant can access content from your PDFs and incorporate it into answers.
